Dear Sir or Madam,

You have accepted to take in and supervise one of our International Trade students as a trainee in your company. This work placement provides an opportunity for these young people to improve their technical skills, their knowledge of a different culture and their command of the English language. Most of them come back to France more mature, self-confident and open-minded.

We are aware that supervising a trainee is time-consuming, therefore we would like to thank you on behalf of lycée Victor Hugo and its teaching staff for your contribution to our students’ training. We would also be very pleased if you would consider renewing this experience again next year.
